Do I need to vacuum?

Light vacuuming is not necessarily needed before our arrival. Larger items should be cleared from the floor such as kids toys or other miscellaneous items. If vacuuming is needed its not a problem because our equipment pretty much sucks up everything.

How much is it going to cost?

Our pricing is based on a customer-to-customer basis. However, our standard prices are $.30 per square foot for carpet and $1 per square foot for all other hard surfaces including tile, VCT, hardwood etc… Upholstery is roughly $50 - $100 per piece of furniture. We negotiate pricing with each of our clients based on their specific needs, size of the job, and frequency of services needed.

How much time will it take to get the job done?

For carpets and upholstery, it typically takes around 20 minutes per room or piece of furniture, but it can vary depending on the soil level, how many floors you have in your home, and necessary cleaning treatments to get your carpets clean. When it comes to cleaning tile and grout, a standard sized bathroom may take roughly one hour. Giving estimates to strip and wax floors is difficult due to each job having too many variables. However, anywhere from 24 - 72 hours is needed for the polish to fully dry.

Will all spots and stains be removed?

We cannot guarantee that all the spots and stains will come out. The age, wear, and frequency of maintenance of the flooring plays a factor, and some substances discolor floors permanently. Our technicians will try to determine whether the stain can be removed prior to cleaning but it is not always possible. However, any stain that can come out, we will get out.
